Walk to Lafayette Ave in town for restaurants, antiques, & boutiques, and movie theater. Only a few blocks from NJ border; 15 minutes from Paramus NJ, & Palisades Mall in West Nyack, NY. Minutes away from Ramapo College & Rockland Community College. Cable TV & Amazon Prime video provided. Other streaming services available for you to log into your account (Netflix, Hulu, etc.). Guest access Full access to all rooms in private cottage. Guests can use outdoor picnic table and backyard when not in use by owner. No access to Washer & Dryer. Laundromat is nearby. Other things to note Our house is only a short walk from the Suffern Train Station. The NJ Transit train runs behind our back yard, about 100 to 150 feet from the Cottage. It does not run frequently, especially at night, and we honestly don't notice it much. Since it might bother some people, please be aware of it before you submit your request for a stay.
