Located on Southport Island, just across the historic swing bridge from Boothbay Harbor, we are near the water, and adjacent to Capitol Island. This detached garage apartment is spacious and great for couples or solo adventurers. The space This is an open plan apartment with kitchen, dining and living spaces connected. There is a private bathroom and one bedroom with a queen bed. We have a sofa and also a modern sofa bed/futon as well as an air mattress. We recommend that the additional sleeping accommodations be used for children or short term guests. We also have a pack-n-play crib available to renters. Guest access Guests have access to parking spaces (2 cars) and the apartment, but not the garage below. Other things to note Again, please note that this a second floor walk-up apartment. There is TV and DVD player, wifi, but no cable subscription.
