Villa Äspskär is a large archipelago house built in traditional style in 1875 with modern, trendy interiors in (Ralph Lauren, New England). Exclusive seafront location with private beach, sauna, private jetty and heated swimming pool. Large open space kitchen area and living room. Sleeps up to 16 people, optimal for up to 13, with accomodations in main house, and in two sea lodges by the seafront. In total 4 double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds and three small bedrooms with bunkbeds. Situated on Arholma Island at the very end of the famous Stockholm Archipelago by the open sea. Arholma is a cultural heritage island with a preserved old fishing village environment. There are no cars on the island which makes it ideal for those who appreciate the sound of the sea and sea eagles roaming the sky, as well as children. The property is situated on a cape which is accessible either by boat or through a walking/bicycle trail through a nature reserve (10 minute walk to the main road). The main road on the island leads to a food and convenience store, two restaurants and a café and ice-cream kiosk. The island of Arholma is reachable by two means of public transport from central Stockholm, ferry and bus. Transport directly to the private jetty of the house can be arranged.
