Upper LR deck has gas grill and dining table. Lower deck has porch swing and adirondack chairs. Garage accommodates 2 cars inside (and room for another on the street). Downstairs storage room has everything you need for the beach: chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, and more. Also a “dorm” fridge to keep your beach beverages cold. After the beach you can hose off your feet on the side of the house or opt for the private cedar outdoor shower with separate dressing room. 2-zone central air/heat system (paid for w solar panels, so it’s guilt free), or windows galore if you want to let in the ocean breezes!
