The space Very private home on 1 acre just off route 1- at the end of a dead end road. Although peaceful and quiet, it is only a few blocks from Route 1 which takes you up and down the beautiful Maine coast. Relax on the deck, or walk along the ocean shore. Close enough to walk to town, grocery and local restaurants, or delivery and takeout available. We are next door to Home Port Inn & Tavern with a lovely dining room, pub and beer garden. New Beer garden in downtown Searsport just opened in early June too. Guest access Entire house, yard and deck overlooking the bay are exclusively for you. High speed WiFi so can work if you must! Shore access. Plenty of parking and a choice of Ramp or steps to front door. 1 BR on main level and full bath* so no stairs necessary; separate enclosed area upstairs with 2BR & full bath; also another BR and half bath in daylight basement with separate entrance and view of bay. *Assist bars in bathroom on main. Other things to note Great high speed WiFi and DirecTV so you can watch those Red Sox games ! House and kitchen are well supplied. Plenty of comfortable outdoor chairs and deck furniture.
