Our fantastic apartment is located directly on the fine sandy beach of Großenbrode in the newly built Baltic Sea residence. The unique architecture, the location, the well thought out layout of the apartment and the high-quality and stylish furnishings make the holiday a special experience. Additional Fees & Fees Notes: 100,-€ security deposit is due in advance and must be transferred with the rent. The security deposit will be refunded after departure. Electricity/water/heating is included. Bed and bath linen can be ordered for a fee on request. The spa tax is due before arrival. One pet can be booked at extra charge. If a health certificate or the like is required after the booking and by decision of the country, the tenant must obtain this certificate at his own expense and at the request of the authorities. An underground parking space at your disposal free of charge. An elevator is available in the house and leads to the underground garage. If available, a bicycle shed can be booked for 5,- €/ per night. Since there is only a limited number available, we recommend a timely reservation. The apartment is spacious and comfortably furnished and has a southwest location. The two bedrooms are each equipped with a television. In the large wellness bathroom with sauna and feel-good bathtub, you can relax wonderfully, a guest toilet is of course available. The large living room with fireplace, dining area and open kitchen is flooded with light and offers a view except for the Baltic Sea. From the terrace you can access the in-house garden with direct access to the beach (30 steps). In the kitchen you will find everything you need for shared cooking from the dishwasher to a Nespresso machine to the blender to the blender. The apartment is on the ground floor. The terrace is south-west facing. The apartment is almost accessible. Free Wi-Fi is available to our guests. In addition to a beach chair on the terrace, a beach chair by the sea is available to our guests free of charge from May 1st - September 30th. From now on, we are also asked to carry out preventive measures in our apartment until the end of the pandemic. A flat rate for disinfection and extensive hygiene measures is included in cleaning for this reason.
