SWIMMING POOL: The large secure swimming pool for the use of residents is on the 1st floor. There is a lifeguard at the pool in the summer. On the covered TERRACE there is a dining table for 4 persons and a comfortable lounge bed. The cleaning and laundry pro stay is included in the price offer. Smoking is not allowed indoor, but is tolerated on the terrace. Water and electricity are INCLUDED. Secured underground parking space, in option (need to be reserved) for 4€/day.
