A total of 1300m2 this villa is equipped with a swimming pool, barbeque area and snooker area along with other assests that make this the perfect getaway. The space This villa has many outstanding aspects, from its swimming pool with a cover which can mean amazing midnight swims and that water tempretures are always perfect. It has an outdoor barbeque area fit for the gathering around the table and having those dinners that go on well into the night. A snooker and bar area that allows guests to be able to enjoy without having to leave the villa itself. Other things to note House Rules; - The interior of the villa is a NO SMOKING AREA, with the SMOKING AREA being located on the exterior of the villa with various ashtrays placed for the use of our guests. - At Villa Pinhal da Telha we encourage the use of recyling bins, we have provided our guests with interior recyling bins and exterior. We ask our guests to be please use them responsibly. There is a collection set up for all types of rubbish, all these details are provided for our guests at check-in. - The use of the swimming pool is entirely our guests responsibility, we cannot be held responsible for any accidents that occur. We ask guests to always supervise children and minores while they use swimming and/or other componetes of the villa. - We expect our guests to use and clean any utensils they find in the property, so we are able to ensure that all present and future guests can enjoy the space and all its commodities. - The use of the bathrooms are expected to be done responsibily, we ask guests not to flush tampons/pads/baby wipes and/or any other materials that may cause damage and/or blockage. - It is forbidden to bring more guests than those that were orginally included in the booking of the villa, we reserve the right to ask for all guests ID, and also to take action if any other the above rules are broken. We may add further charges if there are any damages to the property and/or if rules are broken.
