Osbouza Estate is our latest addition to the real estate properties we own. We have two other properties - one in Clarksburg, MD and the other in Accokeek, MD that we use Airbnb to provide simple yet sophisticated luxury bedrooms. Osbouza Estate is definitely our finest product yet. The house boasts of over 10,000 square feet of finished space. The space The house has 8 bedrooms and 8 baths. Every bedroom in the house has its own dedicated bath. Some bedrooms have attached baths versus some have them right outside the room. California Gourmet Kitchen with curved window wall including outward-facing island sink, keeping room & breakfast room. An expansive two story family room. A private living room and an elegant dining room. A full fledged media room, exercise room, wet bar and recreation room in the basement. You can check out our other locations and reviews to see that we over - deliver each and every time. Depending on which room you choose you may get a queen or king size bed. Nightstand and desk is provided in each and every bedroom. A 4K LED TV, a mini fridge, recessed lighting, over sized closets are provided in each and every bedroom. Super fast Verizon FIOS Internet will be provided. Kitchen Aid Appliances in the California Gourmet Kitchen - Two dishwashers, a wine fridge, a side by side refrigerator, six burner gas stove with hood, Double Wall Ovens and Convection Microwave Oven. Note: Some areas of the house may be undergoing renovation. Please inquire about the status or if you have specific questions. Guest access Guests can use all common areas of the house. We simply request that you keep your bedroom, baths and all common areas clean at all times. During your stay Justin and I have a very busy schedule. We make sure that we have provided ample information in advance to make your stay as pleasant and delightful as possible. We may be physically present sometimes or may not. Regardless, your check in process will be seamless even if we are thousands of miles away. We are always available via phone, text or email if you need us. Other things to note Since, we may have other people living in the house we just ask that you keep noise/sounds to a minimum. However, feel free to use the common areas as much as possible. There are absolutely no restrictions. The common areas of the house do have security cameras installed. This is purely for safety and security reasons. There are no cameras in bedrooms or bathrooms. The flooring throughout the house is bamboo except in the exercise room which is a rubber flooring and in the media room which is carpeted. We request that all guests take their shoes off at the entry point and put them in the shoe rack provided. Walking with outdoor shoes inside the house is not allowed. You can always wear indoor slippers/flip flops if you choose. Also, we have provided ample bath maths inside and outside the bathroom so as to avoid wet feet in the bedroom space. Also, be careful of the flooring and avoid dropping or moving heavy objects directly on the floor.
