Guest access Access to the entire home Other things to note Check-in: It is done in the apartment between 2 and 8 p.m. When making your reservation we will ask you to indicate your arrival time so that one of our agents can wait for you at the chosen apartment. In case of delay, we will ask you to notify us in order to reorganize us. A supplement of €30 will be charged if the arrival must be made after 20h, and a supplement of €50 for any arrival after 22h. If the apartment is not occupied the night before we offer you the possibility of arrival before 14h. Please contact our services if you are concerned, we will be happy to accede to your request. Delay: An agent must wait for you to welcome you, in case of delay on arrival, we ask you to notify us as soon as possible. Any delay of more than one hour will be charged 30€. Check-out: Check-out/ delivery of check-out keys must be between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. Our representative, following an agreed time, will meet you at the apartment for an inventory and the recovery of the keys. If you have to leave before 8am an extra charge of €30 will be charged. In the event that the apartment is not occupied the following night we offer you the possibility to stay in the premises until 3pm. In order to organize you do not hesitate to contact our services who will indicate or not the possibility of staying. Any delay or absence at the delivery of the departure keys will be charged 30€. Cleaning: Apartments must be returned in the state of cleanliness in which they were entrusted to the tenants, with the exception of linen (sheets and towels do not need to be cleaned by the tenant). If the tenant does not wish to do the exit cleaning, he has the possibility to buy this service, at the same time as his reservation, for 40€ (see Wipes and Mop service). This amount is increased to 80€ for large apartments. Should the apartment be returned in an unsatisfactory state of cleanliness, the sum of €80 may be withheld from the tenant's deposit. Sunday and public holidays: We inform you that if you plan to arrive or leave the apartment on a Sunday or a public holiday in the French calendar you will be asked for an additional 30€. Non-smoking apartment: In respect of everyone's health, all our apartments are non-smoking. We will therefore ask you to respect this choice for a better environment. Apartment capacity: The number of people occupying the apartment must absolutely not exceed the number indicated on the technical sheet of the rented property.
