The 49m² apartment is equipped with a double bed, sofa bed, home cinema, hair dryer, fridge, dining area with 4 chairs, dishwasher, coffee maker and NETFLIX. You can park for free! Daily necessities such as supermarkets, banks, bars, the Neustadt train station and the city center are in the immediate vicinity. The space Your perfect day: Wake up in the comfortable queen size bed, strengthened by the breakfast prepared in the well appointed kitchen, a relaxing bathroom in the bathroom quickly and then getting into the hustle and bustle. Just a few stops by tram, you can reach the historic Dresden am Theaterplatz with Zwinger, Semperoper and Residenzschloß. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a renovated house and is easily accessible via an elevator. The kitchen is very well equipped and offers pretty much everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. A Tassimo coffee machine and matching coffee pods are available and can be used at any time. The kitchen is located in the open living room, in which there is also a comfortable sofa bed. Adjacent is the cozy bedroom with queen size bed and wardrobe. Here you will find relaxation to start the day fresh again the next morning. From the living room you reach the renovated full bathroom with bathtub, which offers fresh towels, a washer-dryer and a hair dryer. If it rains in the sunny city of Dresden, a home cinema with Netflix / Youtube is waiting for you to pass the time. Fast wifi is of course available.
