Please note: there is open water around 50 metres from this property. The space SEAHORSE LODGE is a brand new 3 bed 4 bath lodge on the Meadows Development at The Bay Filey. As a guest, you will benefit from free use of the onsite pool, sauna, steam room and gym, and also access the pub, cafe, tennis court, amenities (charges apply). Excellent living space with full kitchen, dining space and lounge area with log burner and wall-mounted TV Down the hall are 3 large bedrooms, ideal for 3 couples or a family. Each bedroom has their own bathroom/wet room, and a wall-mounted TV and clothes storage (please note there is no hanging space in the twin room, just drawers). There's a back entrance door with shoe and coat storage too, ideal if you've been for a walk to the beach or around the meadow and are a bit sandy or muddy! There is also an outside shower room with toilet/sink too, and a further external shower/tap on the deck. The main deck looks directly onto the meadows, with no buildings opposite, just perfect for relaxing and taking in the sea and meadow view. Dining table and lounge table on the deck too. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property, and a free pass for the onsite pool, sauna, steam room & gym. They are also welcome to use amenities on site including the table tennis table, boules courts, arcade, playground, and can book onto activities organised by the resort management (eg archery or rifle shooting), treatments at The Beauty Room (in the leisure complex), and order meals/drinks/takeaways at the Bayside Kitchen and John Paul Jones pub. Parking at The Bay is all free, and on a first come first served basis although some properties have a dedicated space or two, including this one which has space for 2 cars and other parking bays nearby. Other things to note Up to 2 well behaved dogs welcome, for a small extra fee (please ask). I manage a number of properties at The Bay including some next door or near each other.
