The Parkville Nook is a newly renovated and spacious house prefect for a family or couples get away. It is located in downtown Parkville just blocks from shopping, bars, and restaurants. The Parkville Nook has two private decks and a fire pit. We are excited for you to visit Parkville and fall in love with it's charm. The space Enjoy best of both worlds with convinces of our downtown location alongside privacy including a quiet street and a spacious yard. Kids love playing in the creek next to the house. The property has two private bedrooms and the living room couch pulls out into a queen size bed. Guest access The Nook is located in a cute and quite area. There are two gravel parking spots right in front of the house. There is also street parking available. Other things to note We love being a pet friendly listing. We know you consider your pets a part of your family just as we do. With this in mind we do have a higher cleaning fee. It takes our amazing cleaner, Chenea, a little longer when there is pet fur. If you are concerned about the price of the cleaning fee or feel that it is unreasonable for your party please reach out.
