It is bordered by a river and a reach that formerly led the water to a mill dating from the beginning of the 16th century, which has since disappeared. Located in a peaceful environment 3 km from the center of Saint-Yrieix la Perche, the house has 3 bedrooms (one on the mezzanine), a dining room and a kitchen. It can accommodate up to 6 people. From the house or the garden the landscape opens onto a meadow occupied by horses belonging to the nearby equestrian center.
