Great for game day or getting away from it all, this new cottage has everything you could ask for. Our family home shares the property but you will experience privacy during your stay. The space This modern cottage is surrounded by woods with a private lake. If you desire to fish, please bring your own fishing equipment. We have a one pole-one person policy. We also prefer our guests to catch and release. Guests have access to a metal boat and two kayaks. The cottage includes a large screened in porch with outdoor seating and dining. There is a spacious main room and kitchen with large windows to enjoy the lake and wildlife. There are two (2) bedrooms with queen beds and each has it's own bathroom. Wonderful cellular light filtering blinds in main room with black-out cellular blinds in the bedrooms. All recessed lighting in house has dimmer switches. A utility area is in the center of the cabin and has Whirlpool stacked washer and dryer with all cleaning materials needed to wash and dry clothes. We have a fireplace and will offer indoor fires from November 15-February 15. We live in a warm climate and those dates reflect our coldest months. We will contact you regarding the fireplace if you book during those months. Look forward to hosting you. Guest access Private area and parking beside the cabin. The host house is nearby so if you need anything we are just a phone call away. Other things to note You are our guests. Your privacy is important to us. If you need anything or have questions our contact information is in the cabin and we are nearby. If you decide to fish, please bring your own fishing equipment. We have a metal boat and 2 kayaks. No pets are allowed. We have a limit of 4 guests for overnight stays. We prefer children older than 5 and adults. The house offers no child proofing and the lake is very close to the house.
