Expansive vineyard views from every room, this home features manicured gardens, Olive grove, Redwoods with a relaxing hammock, Mediterranean pool (pool towels provided) and grounds studded with Italian Cypress and fruit trees is an absolute getaway experience. Wine is made off the grapes in the property with world renowned AXR. Walk to the winery, sip your favorite and come back to your pool!, there is really nothing like this in Napa. Casa Gialla features a master suite with private patio for two and a setting in the midst of a vineyard. Step out and gaze into a sea of grape vines backed by mountains. There is a luxurious king bed to sink into after your day at wine tasting. This home can accommodate 6 people in 3 bedrooms. These 3 bedrooms offer one room with a king bed and 2 rooms with queen beds. There are additional sleeping arrangements for 2 more guests (at additional cost). Guests will find a single pull out bed in the living room and a trundle bed (2 singles) in the office/computer room. Maximum number of guests is 8 persons. Following completion of the online booking process, guests will receive a rental agreement via email with instructions from the Property Manager. A refundable $1500 security deposit is required. This rental document is completed and sent to the owners. When the completed rental agreement and deposit is received, guests will receive a written confirmation from the Property Manager, which will include directions and check in instructions. Note if completed rental agreement is not received within 7 days of booking and before Check in, the booking will be cancelled without refunds or check in will be delayed. A copy of valid photo id is required with the agreement. Thank you! Guest access The whole house and backyard and front yard. Also note that the house gets the water supply from a well on the property. The well house has state of the art water filtration system installed. We have newly installed solar power with Tesla power wall. Therefore we are protected from any Pg&e power outages.
