With stunning estuary views - you don't want to miss this view! Bedrooms There are three spacious bedrooms, all with ample storage. The master bedroom has a lovely ensuite shower room, and a king size bed. There are two further bedrooms, one with a double bed and a further twin room. The large family bathroom has a shower cubicle as well as a separate bath. Living Space Enter via a spacious hallway, leading to all rooms. The large reception room with an oversized window with spectacular views of the estuary. The reception has a large Smart TV and DVD player, and a good selection of family games. There are french doors leading to the side patio area. Kitchen The modern open plan kitchen to dining room is well equipped, with electric range style oven, dishwasher and large fridge and has french doors to the side garden. Utility Room The spacious utility room from the kitchen has an exterior door, perfect for muddy boots. It has plenty of storage as well as housing the washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave oven. Garden & Parking The views from the garden are outstanding and the little summer house at the top of the garden is the perfect place to watch the sunset over the estuary and raise a glass of beer or wine to Dylan Thomas. Parking is on a slope right outside the bungalow, there is enough parking for 3 cars. Guest access The guests will have exclusive access to the entire bungalow. Please make yourself at home.
