Holiday home in Tuscan style, rustic and cozy, finely renovated respecting the tradition of the place. Equipped with every comfort, it will give joy and relaxation to young and old with its large garden, pool and hot tub. Our guests will be able to stay in complete privacy in our structure immersed in nature, in a small village of medieval origin, entirely pedestrian, forged by time and past generations. The space The accommodation of about 60 square meters is arranged on a single floor, there are only three steps that divide the dining area from a bedroom and bathroom. All rooms have been furnished in a rustic style and are equipped with large windows with mosquito nets. Of the four accommodations of the property, this is the most private, it is the only one that also has reserved access directly from the village. This apartment fits the needs of a couple or a family with two children or two couples. The kitchen with dining area and sofa is very spacious and is equipped with high quality dishes, fridge, oven, gas hob and espresso machine. From its large window you can admire the valley below, which in every season will give you different colors. There are also two double bedrooms and a bathroom. In front of the entrance door is a side table with an umbrella for exclusive use, for a breakfast in the fresh morning or for a dinner under the stars. Guest access Guests can also enjoy various common amenities, such as the large terraced garden, typical of the area, the pool, the area with jacuzzi, the ping pong area and the pergola able to accommodate at least sixteen people at the table. All outdoor facilities are available to guests of the property. The area offers the opportunity to do many hikes, food and wine tastings and visits to the typical nearby villages. Small to medium pets are of course allowed for a small fee. Other things to note The area is entirely pedestrian, so the car will be left in the municipal parking lot outside the village. We recommend the use of luggage trolleys. If necessary, we will be happy to assist our guests. Thanks to the conformation of the place, there are climbs and/or descents according to the route chosen, even with discreet slopes.
