Our house overlooks the square coffee "corsu U" on one side and the other on our garden with a panoramic view overlooking the valley Tavignanu (River) to the sea (eastern plains). The studio is on the ground floor and is 30m2. Renovated with quality materials it blends modernism and tradition. It consists of a kitchen area equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, fridge / freezer ...), the space "dining area" inside is designed for two people. A small bathroom with toilet, spacious shower and small sink. You can manage the mechanical ventilation of these places.
