B&B Casa Fischer is located in the residential area of Pontasserchio a few kilometers from Pisa and Lucca. The linear and elegant house, built with the techniques of bio-architecture, offers a serene, bright and hospitable environment. The space On the ground floor of Casa Fischer there is a well-equipped kitchen, a large living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. On the second floor there is an open space with table and armchairs and three bedrooms. Each bedroom includes a private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, and wi-fi. The bedroom on the ground floor is accessible to people with limited mobility. Guest access Available to guests is the large and bright living room that opens onto two verandas and the large garden, rich in flowers and fruit trees, ideal for moments of relaxation. Casa Fischer has free private parking. Other things to note HOW GUESTS ARRIVE – Upon arrival, the guest is required to provide their passport or identity card for registration as required by law. 2) EXTRA COSTS - On departure the guest will have to pay the Tourist Tax as required by the Municipality (€1.50/person/day for a maximum of 5 days from the age of 18 to the time we are writing) 3) ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE TIMES – Arrival times must be communicated and agreed in advance.
