The space The 2,000 square foot house boasts 2 living rooms, 4 bedrooms including a first floor master suite with walk in closet and large bathroom, 2.5 bathrooms plus an outdoor shower. Fully equipped Chef's kitchen with modern appliances, and a brand new Weber gas grill outside for all your barbecuing needs. In addition to all the bars and restaurants in Greenport, our house is in close proximity to all the great restaurants and bars on the North Fork, including North Fork Table & Inn, Noah's, Bruce and Sons, Little Creek Oyster Farm, First and South, The North Fork Shack, Love Lane Kitchen, and Case's Place. Youngs point is the closest beach at just under a mile. Several other beaches including 5th Street Beach, 67 Steps Beach and Town Beach are less than a 10 minute drive away from the house. All the great wineries that the North Fork is known for including Sparkling Point, Macari, Shinn Estate Vineyard, Pellegrini, Kontokosta Winery, Bedell and Pindar are just minutes away. Walk to Greenport Harbor Brewery right in town. Shelter Island is a quick 15 minute ferry ride from downtown Greenport. Take your bike and explore! Guest access You will have access to the whole house, front and back yards, a storage sheds, screened in porch and driveway (parking for 2 cars - additional parking on the street is available for free). The basement is open, but is unfinished. Attic is not accessible and is unfinished. Other things to note - Nest thermostats control the heat/central air conditioning. - Sauna in basement. - Sonos speakers can be connected to. - Wireless Internet. - Outdoor bar with plastic glasses. - Television has Sling TV and Netflix set up.
