The Mimosa cabin is a semi-detached villa with a large garden of about 2000sqm in size. The villa consists of two units, one of which is a nice and comfortable studio and the other is the owner's accommodation. The studio is spacious (40sqm) and furnished in a simple yet functional way. There is a double bed, two single beds, one of which can be removed for more space. Flat-screen television, bathroom with shower and window, kitchenette with electric oven and fridge-freezer. Air conditioning equipped with heat pump. Outside there is a large covered terrace equipped with table, chairs, sitting area and sun loungers. In common there is a barbecue, outdoor shower and washing machine. Two bicycles available to guests. Car parking in the garden. The house is located in La Pila and is 2 Km from Marina di Campo and 3 Km from Procchio. It is located in a very quiet residential area. The central position on the island becomes an excellent starting point to visit the island with its beaches and its characteristic villages. Some are perched on the hills and offer very impressive panoramic views. After a day spent around, it is a pleasure to return to the tranquility of Mimosa.
