What were once the hay barn, the stables, the tower and the residential house of the farm were converted into cosy holiday apartments in 2009, where you can spend a relaxing nature or beach holiday. Guests feel very much at home due to the original architectural features, with exposed ceiling beams, floors with clay tiles, and uneven walls. On the site, apart from the main building, there is an annex and even a small chapel. A particularly attractive feature for holiday-makers is the pool, which even has a small hydro-massage area and several sun loungers and lounge furniture on the surrounding lawn. The owners will welcome you very cordially and will be happy to provide you with advice and information about the area. The town of Pesaro is about 2.5km away, and the sea is only around 7km away. The agriturismo therefore enables you to combine a seaside holiday with a cultural holiday, owing to its proximity to places of cultural and historical interest, such as Urbino, Gradara, Fano or San Leo. The holiday apartment is in the old tower of the farmhouse. It has a particularly elegant interior, with handmade, antique furniture, but is nevertheless very functional. Characteristic original features have been carefully preserved. The living area is on four floors. On the ground floor of the tower there is the kitchen corner with a small fridge, and a small living corner with a TV. On the first floor there is the bathroom with a bath that has a hydro-massage function, while on the next floor there is a unique sleeping area with a double bed and panoramic windows. Access to the terrace with breathtaking views is from the third and final floor. The individual floors are connected by means of wrought-iron spiral stairs. The apartment is the ideal holiday accommodation for a loving couple, as it is unique and cosy, with extraordinary views.
