It has private parking in the secure, adjacent car park to the rear of the property. The Kitchen/living area has an excellent range of facilities including a Smart TV, Fast Wi-Fi, dining table and chairs, granite work tops and a range of integrated appliances, fridge with icebox, electric oven and hob, with microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The apartment boasts stunning sea views of the Atlantic Ocean and towards Lundy Island- ideal for watching the changing tide or weather. Outside there is a sunny decking area with table and chairs and two deckchairs are supplied. A sofa bed, travel cot and highchair are available on request. There is one bedroom with a King size bed, wardrobe and dressing table. A clean and fresh bathroom with shower over the bath also contains washing machine facilities. Towels and linen are provided. The apartment is a stone's throw from the 2 mile 'blue flag' beach at Westward Ho! excellent for surfing, sand castles or a pleasant stroll. The coastal path passes by the front of the building. It makes a great base for exploring all that North Devon offers including golden sandy beaches, the historic towns of Bideford and Barnstaple, numerous tourist attractions including the Royal North Devon Golf Club, tennis courts, horse riding, the fishing villages of Appledore and Clovelly, Tapeley Park and Gardens, RHS Rosemoor Gardens, Dartington Crystal and much more or if you don't want to venture too far you have a choice of restaurants, cafes and takeaways on the doorstep in Westward Ho!
