A cleaning fee of 250 € is to be expected in addition to the rental. Household linen and towels are also extra: 100 €. The tourist tax, which we pay entirely to the town hall, is +/- 2,8€ (according to the duration and the number of people) per night and per adult. Reservation of 2 nights minimum from September to June, and 1 week in July and August. Near Bordeaux, 20 mn from its historical center and 12 km from the St-Jean train station.
