It is only 16 km from the Atlantic (the Vendée is famous because of its endless beaches). The house has a living space of about 120 m², with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a separate kitchen. Thus, it is ideal for two who love nature and tranquillity, for four who would like to do something together or for families of up to 8 people and it is stunning for children and grandchildren! All types of sports are possible nearby: Golf, tennis, horse riding, cycling, paddling, sailing, surfing, parachuting and a lot more. All around you will find a cultural landscape with castles, burgs, old monasteries and Roman churches. Summer is from May to October!!
