Private studio apartment with a full kitchen, full bath, and king sized bed that overlooks the backyard pool. This apartment is in the basement level of a home, but is private inside. Please be aware that we do NOT allow children under 12 in this listing due to the close proximity to the pool and other factors that are specific to this listing. Please note the upstairs listing may have children staying. There’s one king bed and a twin pull out bed. *No parties rule strictly enforced* The space This space is the bottom level of our home. There may be people staying in the space above you and next door to you so you may hear some noise at times. If noise gets excessive, please let us know. The outdoor space is shared with the neighboring and upstairs unit, but is available for your enjoyment and relaxation. There is one parking spaces available for you to use. Guest access You have access to an entire studio apartment on the first level of our home. Please be aware that there are TWO studio apartments on the first level and yours is the FIRST DOOR ON THE LEFT that is NOT under an awning. The back yard will be shared with the other space so we ask that you please be respectful as we have asked them to be respectful of you :). Other things to note -No lifeguard is on duty, swim at your own risk. -The pool is currently closed due to the fall and winter season. The pool will open March through October.
