The space This a private single family home in the heartbeat of historic Newburyport. NO shared patios, grills, wall or ceilings. You rent the entire residence!! The 1st floor living space is open concept. There is a fully stocked & renovated chef's kitchen that opens to a tranquil vine covered patio with a large dining table and gas grill. The living room and dining room are adjoining and there is plenty of space to enjoy a meal or watch your favorite movie. There is also a 1/2 bath and laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The 2nd floor boast a open study area, great for those who need to work from home. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds on the second floor and full bathroom attached to the master bathroom (must access through the master bathroom). The entire house has wide pine floors and is an eclectic mix of antiques and modern furniture. Guest access Owner will provide a lockbox code.
