The space The house is located at the end of a road and is surrounded by beautiful nature. To the south is the terrace in sun and shelter, and is covered. To the west and northwest there is a view of the Lammefjord and a large natural area with coast and beach meadow. To the east there are neighboring properties, but it does not actually feel like that. The house has a dining and living room with open access to the kitchen. From all 3 rooms there is a view of the water. From mid-April to the end of August, you can watch the sunset over the fjord. There are two bedrooms, one with two single beds, each of 80x200cm and the other with a slightly cramped mounted 80x195cm upper berth over a 140x195cm double bed. Although there are thus 5 sleeping places, the house of 42m2 is best suited for a maximum of 4 adults + 1 child. Firewood for the fireplace is included in the price. Remember to follow the instructions of the authorities in relation to the burning of fires. The house is a blockhouse log house, and in winter you should be aware that there may be foot cold, so you should bring a pair of slippers or thick socks. However, there is a heat pump, floor heating in the bathroom and electric radiators in all rooms, so it is not a problem to heat the house. There is an electrically heated wilderness bath a little up the slope in the backyard, with a lovely view of the fjord. It takes 1 hour and 30 minutes to fill the bath with 1000 litres of water, and then 4-5 hours to heat it to 39 degrees. The cost of electricity and water for start-up is about DKK 350, and then approx. 60 DKK per day for power, if you remember to close the lid after use, and only turn on the pump and heat an hour before you need to use it. The temperature is thermostatically controlled, so you can also choose to let it run all the time, but it gives a greater consumption and the pump can be heard. You can not heat the wilderness bath and charge the electric car at the same time. Please note that in case of frost or night frost in winter, the wilderness bath must not be used. The housing is equipped with red CEE plug, so that electric car charger can be connected.
