Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are three to four boats going to and from the island every day during the summer months. As there are few hotels on the island, mostly private homes are rented out during the summer months. Most of these villas are built from local stone, giving Kea its unique architectural style. The villa is in a small complex of 5 houses, each one completely independent and with their own swimming pools. The villa is 120sq meters on a 1,500sq meters plot of land, overlooking the Port of Kea. The villa consists of a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a w.c. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with one bathroom. On the ground floor there is an independent guest house with a a kitchenette and a bathroom. Outside there is a large terrace with a swimming pool, a shaded dining area with a barbecue and various seating and sunbathing areas.
