Other things to note For guests with mobility issues: There are not any stairs leading to the home, nor are there any stairs on the main level of the home. The kitchen, dining room, living room, a balcony, as well as one bedroom and one bathroom with a walk-in shower are on the main level. However, the two Suites with ensuite baths require walking a flight of stairs: one is upstairs and the other is downstairs. If a traveler has mobility issues, please contact Rachel, the owner, so she can inform you of household amenities that may be of assistance to you. The house is kid-friendly but not kid-proof. There are two sets of stairs in the home. There are many breakable artistic pieces (pottery) throughout the home. If you are considering bringing an infant and/or toddler, please contact the owner to discuss the safety of your child and the protection of the home prior to your stay. For security purposes, there is an outdoor camera outside the front door. The operation of the home as a vacation rental is licensed by the County of Marin.
