The open kitchen has a ceramic hob, microwave, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. The living room has SAT. TV, dining table, air conditioning and exit to the covered terrace with seating area. There are 3 bedrooms (2 with air conditioning) and a bathroom. At the large terrace is a by lawn pool of 10x4m and the barbecue, jacuzzi and sun loungers.
