Asheville and 9 to downtown & Biltmore Estate. The space The entire lower level is your private space with living room, bedroom and full bath. The private covered porch, arbor, wine bar and swinging seat are yours too! The queen bed is finished with Egyptian cotton sheets and warm, fluffy duvet. The full size couch in the living room can accommodate your additional guest. Help yourself to the Keurig coffee maker with pods and tea provided. A mini-fridge, microwave, and toaster are also available. Wi Fi and 40" Smart TV available. Please treat this apartment the way you would your own home. Guest access You have private access to the entire lower level, covered deck and patio. Outdoor features include chairs, table, loungers, wine bar, swings and pergola. Other things to note Our driveway is short but very steep. Your car will be parked on the slope, but your walk into the apartment is flat with one step up to the porch. Our space is custom designed for adults. We welcome infants, but we do not accommodate children.
