Nightly rate is negotiable for long-term (30+ night) stays. The space This particular room is the primary bedroom on the 2nd floor. It's the most spacious bedroom and largest bed (King) the house has to offer. With a private balcony facing the main road, one can enjoy the stars while taking in the fall air before a great night's rest. There is one restroom on the 2nd and one on the 1st floor. We also want to make it clear that the restrooms are shared if there are other guests. The owners also stay in the house. It's possible you'll hear a rooster in the morning from the neighbor a few doors down, and maybe a train in the evening coming from the station across town.
