Two bedrooms await: one with a queen-size bed overlooking the Great North Mountain, and another with a full-size bed and beautiful woodland sunrises. Both have ceiling fans, and window AC units are provided in summer. The west-facing deck offers breathtaking sunsets, a dining area, and a gas grill for outdoor meals, while a screened porch invites you to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature. Other things to note Perched atop a ridge, our home stays pleasantly cool in the summer, benefiting from refreshing breezes that circulate throughout the house. In addition, each bedroom and the main living area is equipped with ceiling fans and window/portable AC units during the summer season. Trash Removal Policy and Additional Fee Notice: Please note that our property is located in a remote area without regular trash pickup services. We include the removal of one trash bag at the end of your stay. For any additional trash, we kindly request that guests dispose of it at one of two nearby drop-off locations, both conveniently located within a 10-minute drive on your route home. If more than one bag is left on the property, a $25 fee will apply to cover the extra removal effort, as our cleaning staff cannot manage excess trash alone.
