Ceiling fan and several fans available for use - Coffee is provided, though feel free to bring your own - Septic system: only toilet paper (less is better, haha) and human wastes - Trash and recycling dumpsters: located at back of the house - Well: since we have well water, please be mindful of water usage We are pet-friendly & welcome well-behaved pets. $50 pet fee per trip. maximum 2 dogs. Let us know if you're bringing your pet. Pet bowls for food and water are available. Other things to note - The pontoon boat is off limits and not included - Garage and shed are not to be utilized by guests - Assumption of liability: if you accept & book a reservation, you assume liability for yourself, your guests & your pets for the use of the house, deck, kayaks, canoe, life jackets and dock, etc. at your own risks while on our property. The owner will not be liable for their use - Please keep noise down after dark and be respectful of neighbors - If you move the furniture, please put them back in its original place before you leave
