Our breezy loft is situated on the top floor of our Kimurimuri Beachfront Villa, right on one of Zanzibar's most pristine beaches in a quite private corner. The loft offers spectacular views over the bay and is the perfect place for nature lovers who want to experience Zanzibar's beauty beyond the typical hotel walls without missing out on comfort. The space Our spacious loft is situated on the top floor of the Kimurimuri Villa and offers scenic views over the entire beach bay. The loft is fully equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms. The large master bedroom contains a tailor-made king-size bed, an extra single bed, nets, and air conditioning. The second bedroom is on a beautiful wooden mezzanine and features a tailor-made king-size bed, nets, and a fan only. The mezzanine bedroom is open (no glass windows), allowing you to sleep in nature, feel the sea breeze on your skin, and listen to the sounds of the ocean. The loft also has a spacious living area with two additional beds that can be put to use. The loft comfortably sleeps 4-5 people. The accommodation is for self-caterers only. There are a number of very good restaurants within walking distance from the house that can be explored if you are not in the mood for preparing your own food. The Kimurimuri Villa is situated directly on the beach and is surrounded by a lush tropical beach garden with comfy hammocks. The Villa is hosting two other apartments that are entirely separate. Guest who stay in the Villa only share the joint pool, garden, outdoor facilities and the beach. The Kimurimuri property features a deep water pool which is an excellent place to have a dip to cool down, relax with family, or simply unwind in the peaceful surroundings. Our Kimurimuri garden also features a spacious outdoor area for barbecuing, dining and socializing. Our internet is a SIM-based 4G connection that depends on the island network and weather conditions. It works totally fine for us. However if you are expecting a high speed internet connection for 24-hour video calls and constant streaming, we recommend you to organize your own connectivity setup. Other things to note There is no supermarket in Pongwe. Good supermarkets are in the neighboring town where one will find pretty much everything needed. We will support you with the shopping. Also the house provides fresh waters showers (which is very unique for places on the beach) and includes free drinking water. Further it needs to be mentioned that Zanzibar is still a cash society. The closest ATM is in Stonetown and foreign cards are not widely accepted.
