Wall to wall windows ensure you experience amazing views all from the comforts of home. No upstairs or downstair neighbors to disturb your peaceful escape. The space For entertainment inside the house: There is a large 65" and a small 36" TV. Both have Roku along with DIRECTV streaming service which will give you cable tv channels and local channels. We also provide Disney+ and HBOmax. Other streaming services are available but you have to use your own account. Board games and a Xbox One is available for you to use. Wifi is available throughout the house at 65Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload. The kitchen is stocked w/ pots, pans, utensils, glassware, plates, and bowls. There is a reverse osmosis water filter set up in the kitchen sink. There is also a Keurig with k cups provided. There is a 32 inch monitor, keyboard, mouse, mesh chair and desk for you to use. There are 2 decks, one off of the kitchen and one in the master bedroom. Please make sure to use the screen doors to prevent bugs from coming indoors. The property is routinely treated for pests but you are in the woods so expect bugs! Both have outdoor furniture including a Weber grill which you can use. You will have access to the house except for the garage, a storage closet located in the loft space and a storage closet located outside of the house. There is a long driveway that allows for multiple car parking. Not suitable for infants/toddlers and people with mobility issue. There are multiple steps in and out of the house. There are baby gates available. For the safety of our guests and property there is a Ring video doorbell on the exterior main entrance of the house and a Ring floodlight camera outside the garage. The camera function will be triggered by motion or if doorbell is pressed. Both do not see inside the house and outside view is limited to where it’s located. The house is equipped with an ecobee smart thermostat. You will notice smart sensors throughout the house. They are not cameras. They do not capture/transmit sound or videos. These smart sensors connect wirelessly to the ecobee thermostats to deliver set temperature to the rooms. The house is also equipped with Nest smoke and CO detectors. These devices sense smoke. They do not transmit sound or video. There is no Alexa device used in this property. We will provide a starter firewood bundle for your stay. If you need additional wood it can be purchased at Acme supermarket which is 5 mins away. Guest access There is a long driveway for multiple car parking. However, we suggest parking at the top of the driveway for easier access into the house, especially when coming with luggages. Please do not park on the street. Also note if you park at the base of the driveway you will need to hike up a small hill to get to the entrance of the house. Entrance has a security pad which needs a pin code to enter. Other things to note You may be lucky during your stay to see some wildlife from the property. These include deer, gophers, rabbits, red robin, woodpeckers, blue jays, hawks, black bear, wild turkeys and foxes.
