The space 1☘️Picturesque Hanoi Homestay is a 7-floor building in center of Hanoi Old Quater, this house is built by my husband, he is a construction engineer. The house is decorated with beautiful paintings, + First floor: There is a Vietnamese -style common area & coffeeshop. You can be used to store luggage (free of charge). You also can bring food back to eat. The housekeeper also lives on the 1st floor. +From 2nd floor to 4th floor are airbnb rooms, each floor has 2 separate rooms and 2 bathrooms inside. +We lives on the 5th floor +Floor 6 is laundry. Bring your clothes to the 6th floor in basket and our maid will do the washing & drying for free. +Floor 7 is rooftop, where you can relax, reading and chat with friends 2🍀You can check in late at night or early morning, please keep quiet and close the door slightly so as not to disturb others. We will give you the key card directly 3☘️Free for: + Washing & drying: you can wash & dry yourself on the 6th floor or we will wash for you (all free) + Drinking water: Lavie jug + Shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel, hand washing, toothbrush +Trash, towels replacement & room service can be provided upon request (free of charge) + Wifi transmission speed is 250 Mbps, Wifi is private for each listing, enough for high-speed gaming, video call, etc. + You can leave your luggage at my homestay before check-in time or after check-out time. We keep it for free. There is a small toilet on the first floor, you can use it 4🍀 It takes 45 minutes from the airport to my homestay by car. There are 3 ways to get to my homestay from the airport: + Private car ( I can help you) + You can book a grab car yourself, you only load grab app. + Bus 86 (from 7h00 am to 10h00 pm), the price is 45.000 VND/pax. If you want to go by Bus 86, here is the instruction: The bus stop for bus 86 is right outside the airport; in case you can’t find it, just ask any officer at the airport and they will show you. When you sit on the bus 86, please give my homestay address to the ticket seller. He will let you get off at the intersection near my homestay, ít is 162 Tran Quang Khai street. You just need to walk to my house for about 4 minutes 5☘️ Due to the ideal location of being in the center, the area may still be vibrant at night. To block the noise from the street, please close both doors on the balcony: one glass door and one metal door. 6🍀 Designated smoking areas are the balcony, rooftop or yard outside the first floor🌱 7☘️ Kitchen set on the large balcony. Especially from friday evening to sunday, you can freely walk around Hoan Kiem lake ( Ngoc Son temple & The Huc bridge) because vehicles are banned in that area and enjoy the culture and atmosphere - You also should enjoy Ta Hien Beer street, it is very close my house, only 3 minutes for walking - Another interesting site is Thang Long Water puppet Theatre (walking 5 minuts from my house) if you want to see traditional water puppet show - St. Joseph's Cathedral, Hanoi (4 mins) - Opera House - Dong Xuan market (open: 8.00am-6.30pm) - Long Bien bridge - Vietnam History museum - Imperial Citadel of Thang Long - MAISON prison (15 mins walk) @1 Hoa Lo street 11☘️places you can go by car within 1 day: - City tour (Hanoi): car, motorbike, walk - Ha Long bay 1 day - Ninh Binh 1 day (great) 12🍀Places you should go more than 2 days: - Ha Long bay 2 or 3 days (great): swimming, rowing, relax … - Sa pa 3 days or 4 days (mountain): explore, trekking - Ha Giang 3 days or 4 days (zigzag mountain): adventure travel - Mai Chau 3 days (hill): trekking, relax - Cat Ba island 3 days (beach +forest): explore, swimming, trakking, relax ..
