Welcome to the Colonial Creekside Cottage in Livingston! Built in 1848, this historic eyebrow Colonial has been expanded into the perfect residence. With its Brazilian walnut deck cantilevered over the creek to the Gunite pool, this home offers resort like qualities throughout! It has a professional, fully-stocked kitchen, 3 luxurious guest bedrooms, 2.5 custom bathrooms, outdoor BBQ, outdoor dining and seating areas, two outdoor showers and much more! Only 10 minutes to Warren Street! The space There are two fantastic outdoor dining areas, one on the deck and one right next to the creek. Also, great seating areas in the backyard and in the side yard, both directly creekfront! The backyard is completely private. Inside the house has amazing light from the large windows and skylights. Guest access Parking is across the street in the driveway of the white ranch-style house. Other things to note We do not have a "chore list" because you pay a cleaning fee. The pool is only open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. There are 5 exterior surveillance cameras on the property and a Ring doorbell. This is used only to ensure the number of guests booked.
