The apartment is very spacious, has a kitchenette, a large living room, a bathroom with shower. In the kitchen there is a washing machine,fridge with freezer, electric oven, gas stove. The house is 2 km from Montespertoli. The space The apartment is very large,always very cool even in summer, it is restored according to Tuscan tradition with terracotta floors,ceilings with wooden beams and sometimes terracotta. It is completely independent from the other apartment, there is plenty of outdoor space with a beautiful view. In the kitchen there is a washing machine,fridge with freezer, gas stove, electric oven, toaster. The village of Montespertoli, easily accessible even on foot,offers all kinds of shops: supermarket(Coop), bread shop,pharmacy,banks. On Tuesday there is the outdoor market in the square. In the village, guests can visit a Museum of Sacred Art and the Vine and Wine Museum. Every year,in the last week of May, the Chianti Wine Market Exhibition takes place. Florence is also easily reachable by buses. All other cities are about an hour away. The nearest hospital is located in Empoli 18 km away. Guest access The apartment (100 sqm) is on the ground floor of the main house. The rest of the house is uninhabited ,the upper floor is not completely renovated. Other things to note The farm stay consists of this apartment in the main house and from another apartment in the barn near the house. The two buildings are separated by a country road. The pool pool (7.25 x 4,60x1,20) is shared.
