Studio apartment. We sanitize all surfaces between bookings and wash blankets in addition to linens. You may check in without contact with hosts, if you wish. Covered parking. Ten minutes from downtown. Private entrance and private patio. Well equipped kitchen. Now with King size comfortable bed. Great shower. No smokers, no partying; we ask for very quiet after 10:30. Please do not come here for romantic rendezvouz. but we're happy if you have sex that's not too noisy. :) The space Good sized refrigerator and well-equipped kitchen. Big backyard. Easy going and friendly hosts who live upstairs and are usually available if needed. Futon is only big enough for two younger children or one adult. The carport is very handy in the winter; no frost on the windows usually. Other things to note We have not had good experiences with people from the Spokane area, except those waiting for a house to close or doing remodeling on their own house. So, unless you have a solid reason for needing a place in your own city, please choose somewhere else. We live right above the apartment.
