There is a 250m2 patio and garden to the south of the house with a lovely view to sea, Hora, Syros, and the Tinian countryside. There is a more rustic 'country feel' downstairs and a 'breezy Greek island’ vibe upstairs. A covered veranda off the kitchen hosts a large table for family meals and a balcony upstairs for watching the sunset. The northern wall borders the back road leading into Triantaros. The house has car access at its front gate and parking is easy next to the house, or using the nearby field for parking set up by the village. There is a sprinkling of other buildings, animal stables, and meadows all around the house. All bedrooms having ceiling fans, as does the main seating area downstairs. PATIO/GARDEN: From the northern side of the home, you enter the property through a garden door with beautiful views out to sea. This is a safe and enclosed space to enjoy time outside in the garden. There is also an outdoor shower to wash off the sand from the beach. KITCHEN & SEATING AREA: The first room you enter in the house is the kitchen, with a rustic island furniture in the middle and countertops/marble sink facing the southern sea views. There are some stools around the kitchen island for casual eating, but the main dinging space is outdoor next to the kitchen. Equipped with Smeg fridge and stove top. There is an additional seating area on the opposite side of the room, and a wood-burning stove for winter guests to enjoy. From this space there is a spiral staircase that leads upstairs. KITCHEN GOODIES: We provide basic kitchen ingredients to get you started such as a small bottle of certified organic olive oil from our friends in Peloponnesus, tahini, carob rusks, an array of spices, sea salt, espresso, Greek coffee, herbal teas, and Tinian honey. We also provide bio-degradable dish soap, fresh sponges, napkins, and dish towels.  BEDROOM ONE: An airy, spacious bedroom with a view to sea and access to the upstairs balcony. Full-sized mattress is coconut fiber + latex. Built-in storage cubbies for belongings.  BEDROOM TWO: An airy, spacious bedroom of two single beds with a view to sea and access to the upstairs balcony. Built in storage cubbies for belongings. Mattresses are 100% latex. UPSTAIRS BATHROOM: The toilet is in one small room w/ sink, and a tiled walk-in shower and larger sink are found in the adjacent room.  DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM: This bedroom has two windows, one facing the covered veranda, built-in closet and shelves, and exposed stone with copper piping. DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOM: Laid with local marble, mosaic tiles in shower, and equipped with a washing machine.
