This Guest House is located on the upper level of a garage that is separate from our house. It is located in a semi-rural area about 12 miles south of Chattanooga, TN and 5 minutes from Chickamauga National Military Park. The entire property is 40 acres and is mostly pasture used for beef cattle. The view off the deck and out the back windows is spectacular. You see pasture, trees, and Lookout Mountain. The building was completed in 2012 so all furnishings are modern. The space The kitchen is furnished with a Keurig coffee maker. Coffee, tea, and condiments are provided. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the table and chairs in the backyard or the wicker chairs in what we call the "Sunset Area"
