We welcome you in a renovated cottage of 65 m2 (4/6 people) located in the heart of the village of Champtoceaux - Orée d 'Anjou, close to all amenities, and 30 km east of Nantes. You will stay in one of the oldest buildings in the village, in a completely renovated place that has kept its character. Go through the view of the Loire and in the park facing the cottage, before exploring this multifaceted region! See you soon. The space We provide bed linen and toilet linen which is the 10 euro fee when you book. The gîte comprises: on the ground floor: - 1 entrance - 1 accessible porch to store bikes. upstairs: - 1 landing with a children's office area - 1 large living room of more than 30m² with fully equipped kitchen, 1 dining area and a living room with a double sofa bed. - 2 bedrooms each equipped with a double bed (160*200) bathroom with toilet, shower, sink. Fully equipped cottage (TV, internet, board games, DVD, magazines, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utensils, oven, plates, microwave, baby equipment, plenty of storage... and even tools to repair bikes!).
