In a quiet residential area but within 5 mins drive of many wineries,villages,restaurants & fabulous beaches, this is the perfect spot for a relaxing holiday! The space - Uninterrupted views over the bay - Stunning luxury home - Perfect family holiday spot Entering on the ground floor you are immediately drawn upstairs to the large open plan living, dining & kitchen areas. There are floor to ceiling glass windows to the front & back, sliding doors out onto large decks on both sides - you are spoilt with options as to where to sit & enjoy the sun! The kitchen is very well equipped, and with dining options inside & out this is a good house for family gatherings. The large & super comfortable couches and a gas fire mean it is lovely house for winter too. Off the living room is a further living area, set up as a library, but with a further TV, so perfect for the kids to hang out in. This leads onto the master bedroom, again with the wonderful views! This has a walk through wardrobe & ensuite. Note that there is also a small lift in the property, and the master bedroom & ensuite are wheelchair friendly, so perfect for those with limited mobility. Downstairs are 3 further bedrooms, the family bathroom, along with a garage & laundry. The 2 queen bedrooms open onto a patio, which leads onto the flat lawn. The property has a kayak which you are welcome to use. Each stay incurs a $220 charge for quality linen, towels and exit clean so you have nothing to do but relax, refresh and enjoy. Other things to note Please note that the elevated position means there is a drop at the front of the property. While this is well planted & safe, it is not fenced. We ask that any young children are well supervised. The property is not to be used for any parties or gatherings. Max 6 adults unless a family group.
