The space Our mediterranean style familyhouse is located in a gardenarea between Schönbrunn Castle (15 min) and Wienerberg recreation area (7min). Although we are located very close to the center, you don´ t hear any traffic noise, only (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)ing of birds. In approximately 8 minutes you can reach undergroundstation U6-Philadelphiabrücke and Meidlinger Hauptstrasse (for shopping) and in 15 min by underground you can reach Stephansplatz in the center of the first district.. We offer 2 double-bedrooms with air-condition, SAT-TV and WLAN, each with a bathroom and a balcony. For your comfort we have also a great living room with integrated kitchen, a lovely wintergarden, a terrace and a solar-heatet pool. Out guests have open access to the whole facility without the basement. Perfect for famlies! I you want to go by bicycle you can rent 2-E-bicycles or 2 normal bicycles at a small rental charge. Guest access Our house offers a total of 180m² of living space distributed over three floors. There is a large terrace with sitting lounge and a salt water pool (June-September). The garden with seating area and the numerous fruit trees is also available to our guests. Entering the house you will find a large cozy living room with seating, TV, books and board games. Also on the first floor of the house is a fully equipped kitchen with a bar that extends into the living room. From here you can access the open adjoining dining room and further to the garden and terrace. On the upper floor of the house there are two bedrooms with air conditioning, TV, closet and access to the balcony and a bathroom adjacent to each room. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a double sink and bathtub and WC. The other one with shower, BD and WC. In case of booking up to 4 persons, the two described bedrooms including bathroom are prepared on the upper floor. In the basement of the house there are more bedrooms and bathrooms. Arriving in the basement you will find the anteroom and one of the two bathrooms with shower and WC. From the anteroom you enter the large bedroom. Here is a double bed and a single bed, which can be enlarged to a double bed (1.4m). In this bedroom are further seating, a TV and closets. From here, but also via an entrance in the garden, you can reach the 4th bedroom. The separate bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a fireplace, TV, closet, refrigerator and bathroom with shower and toilet. Depending on the number of people we provide bedroom and bathroom. Please always inform us directly when booking how many bedrooms are needed. For bookings of 5-6 persons we provide a 3rd bedroom, for 7-8 persons a 4th bedroom, 9-10 persons the sofa bed in the anteroom of the basement (here two bedrooms have to share one bathroom). The standard occupancy of the house is four people (upper floor and first floor). For example, if you would like a 3rd bedroom when booking for up to 4 people, please let us know in advance, as different rates may be charged depending on the season, number of guests and number of sleeping spaces requested. If you arrive alone or in pairs, we also ask you to contact us. Other things to note For safety reasons the gates of the garden zone are locked after 8 pm (in winter 4 pm), so please always take your keys with you!
