Guest access Guests can enter the home at any time by using a numeric door code. Paved road. No steep hills or gravel to contend with. Private river access, covered paved parking great for motorcycles, 4 total beds = 1 King, 1 Queen and 2 Twins, 2 Full Bathrooms with walk-in shower, 1 soaking tub, seasonal outdoor shower, equipped kitchen and dining area, microwave, coffee maker (Kuerig and automatic drip), cookware, dishware, flatware, utensils, washer/dryer, riverside fire pit, charcoal grill (bring your charcoal), hammock, basketball goal (bring your basketball), spacious, level fenced yard Other things to note A complimentary initial set-up of toilet tissue, paper towels, and Kcup coffee pods are provided for your convenience. The initial set-up of the complimentary items may, or may not, last through the duration of your visit. We do not resupply complimentary items. There is a Dollar General store located 1 mile from the property for essential items. Plan to bring your fishing pole if you want to try your luck at fishing. The narrow road, between the house and the river, is used by local residents. Please do not allow your children, or pups, to play in or cross over the road unattended.
