Please do not temper with anything that says do not touch and doors that say "do not enter" and any equipment (receivers, thermostats settings, wifi routers etc), including outdoor surveillance (please live as you wish inside home). Please keep kitchen clean and in order, please use dishwasher to wash utensils, plates, cups, and everything else dishwasher-friendly. Please put everything including all remote controls back to where you got them before you check out. Please do not use any cleaning products that you are unsure of, double-check with us on what can be used please. Please do not order PPV or such without permission. Camp fire's, tents, water slides, chalk, fireworks, inflatable bouncy houses for kids or trampoline's are not allowed. Please do not use outdoor faucets. Must supply your own propane tank for BBQ, and please clean up after use. Propane tank not included, must provide your own propane tank. Please do not put charcoal or anything else other than propane into the grill, must turn off the propane after each use. Throwing a football or such activities is not allowed too close to the house. Please let me know in advance if party busses or limousines will drop off or pick up any guests, or wait for guests at the house. Guests are responsible if the bus or limousine taxi company does any damage to the lawn or property. Please no decorating indoor or outdoor of the house is allowed without permission. Please no bringing your own speakers, lighting effects, turn tables, chairs, tables, and other such event products is allowed without our permission (the house already has great speakers). Please do not fix anything damaged by your group as it may do more damage than good. If you have accidentally scratched or damaged something, you must inform us of it right away and we will resolve the issue in a civil manner. Please do not unplug any device at the house that is plugged into an outlet, there are plenty of other unused outlets for your group to use. Please lock the house and shut off lights and make sure everything is closed if all guests leave the house. Please be careful with walls and floors if moving furniture around. Please place all garbage from kitchen, bathrooms, etc... into garbage bags and please put into trash bins outside. Please pick up all garbage after yourself, including outdoor prior to departure. No parking on the street or the lawn, everyone must park in the driveway of the property at all times. Please ask your guests to carpool to save driveway space (if your group has more than 15 cars at the property, please let me know in advance), clutter of cars in the driveway is not allowed and is a safety hazard to individuals and the property. Please no lighting candles in the house. Please no leaving main doors and windows open as it will attract bugs into the house and will make the home heating or cooling not function properly and cause the system to shut down. Please do not leave fireplaces on for more than 3 hours at a time. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper in toilets. Please make sure that children are always supervised. Please contact us right away if any mechanical failures occur. Must provide your own food and beverages (house is not a bed and breakfast). No loud outdoor events, parties, or music is allowed, 8pm town noise curfew in effect. You must inform us prior to your check-in that you will need extra towels and beds (they will not be provided during your stay). No filming or photography to use for commercial purposes is allowed. No weddings. 20 (paid for) guests are allowed at the house (including both guests and visitors 20 combined), if you have additional guests please let me know in advance for approval. For your security and security of the property, Outdoor and “do not enter” rooms are under surveillance, disconnecting or tempering with any surveillance is not allowed. Please provide identification at your arrival, your group will not be given access to the house and given keys until everyone's proper identification is presented, even though you are validated with Airbnb, you must still validate with me at check-in.
