This charming freshly renovated 1960's Kiwi Bach is only 400 meters from Long Bay Beach/Motor Camp and 3kms to the heart of Coromandel Township. With open plan living, spacious deck and large sunny window seat this bright and breezy little house has every corner covered for that quiet, relaxing getaway. Close to beach, bush walks and town it is ideally situated in a peaceful location. Not only are you a 5 minute walk to the Long Bay Motor Camp and boat ramp, you are also only 50 meters from the Coastal Track walk which takes you to the beach and beyond. Outside on the roomy deck with plenty of comfortable seating and BBQ, you are surrounded by Pohutukawas which are currently in flower. Inside we offer you a very spacious and sunny window seat where you can leisurely lie amongst the cushions reading from the extensive library or simply enjoying views of the Coromandel Ranges. There is also plenty of board games and jigsaw puzzles to keep you occupied, and for the working holiday a little office area with free unlimited Wifi. Bi-fold windows and doors offer that summer breeze into the well equipped kitchen complete with gas hob and dishwasher. Bed linen of bamboo/cotton and towels are inclusive. A portable cot is available on request. The lockable laundry downstairs has a washing machine and freezer for your use. There is plentiful parking for 2 cars and boat, some undercover. For your convenience the nearby Long Bay Motor Camp has a shop onsite which stocks fresh bread, milk and other essentials. The “Shag Shack” caravan there offers the most delicious burgers and fish & chips.
